Health has a very wide range of meanings and the definition of this word probably varies from person to person but in general good health is lack of injuries or illnesses as well as good mental state, optimal amounts of good stress, optimally working digestive tract, no mechanical injuries, balanced body with optimal amounts of body fat etc.
You see - there're plenty of subjective points when it comes to describe health of ones body.
What 'optimal' means? Most likely what's best for me is not best for someone else and what happens when a person stresses more and more about the state of their health? Maybe this stress and willingness to make it better paradoxically makes everything worse? If you want to be as healthy as an Olympic Champion you can't train like one, because it could most likely kill you. You will have to solve your puzzle by yourself and for yourself. Journey to health can be long and hard and maybe this Olympic Champion isn't that healthy in the end? Maybe he/she spent their whole life killing themselves on the training ground so they can run away from childhood trauma and once they loose the ability to progress - they loose ability to be happy? M
My point is - question your choices, think about them and try to make the most out of them because your choices are your best learning tool you can find. It doesn't really matter if they're ''good'' or ''bad'' choices because this is again - subjective and relative to everyone's circumstances. Be cautious and try to make yourself feel good about yourself. Don't do things that make you feel bad about yourself and then you'll start to see which choices are really helpful and which ones are bad and that's the beginning to find healthier life.
